We are currently seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join a major Tier 1 Commercial Contractor. This is a contract role, working on a large-scale data centre project in Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for a robust Structures Foreman with experience working on major commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects to join a high-performing project team.

Key responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate structural construction activities
Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel
Coordinate works in line with the construction programme
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Monitor quality, progress and productivity
Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics
Identify and resolve day-to-day construction issues
Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and wider site team
Maintain a strong focus on WHS and site compliance





We are looking for someone with:
Previous experience as a Structures Foreman
Strong structural construction experience across major commercial projects
Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor preferred
Experience on data centre projects highly regarded
Robust knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and drawings
Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and multiple trades
Robust leadership and communication skills
A proactive, hands-on approach to site management
Excellent commitment to safety, quality and programme
