Located in Paddington NSW 2021, Barbetta is an Italian hospitality venue offering dine-in services alongside functions and other hospitality experiences.
/n Barbetta is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Trade Waiter to join their team and provide qualified and attentive food and beverage service to guests.

/n Key Responsibilities

/n

Providing professional and attentive table service to guests.

/n
Greeting customers, presenting menus and taking accurate food and beverage orders.

/n
Providing information and recommendations regarding menu items, dishes and beverages.

/n
Serving food and beverages in accordance with professional service standards.

/n
Preparing tables for service and clearing and resetting tables as required.

/n
Liaising with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure accurate and timely service.

/n
Monitoring guest satisfaction and responding professionally to customer requests and enquiries.

/n
Processing customer accounts and payments accurately.

/n
Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and presentation of dining and service areas.

/n




Providing skilled service during functions and events where required.

/n
Complying with food safety, hygiene, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and workplace health and safety requirements.

/n

About You /n

/n
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar professional food and beverage service role.

/n
Strong knowledge of qualified table and food and beverage service procedures.

/n
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

/n
Ability to provide attentive and professional service in a restaurant environment.

/n
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

/n
Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.

/n
Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.

/n
Well-presented, reliable and committed to maintaining high service standards.

/n
Appropriate NSW RSA competency where required for the service of alcohol.

/n

Employment Details Job Type: Permanent / Full time/n
/nSalary: AUD $70,000 – $90,000 per annum/n
