eHealth NSW is seeking a Configuration Management Manager to lead governance of CMDB/CMS data, drive service integration and improve data quality across NSW Health. You will mentor a team of Configuration Analysts and partner with stakeholders to embed trusted configuration information into service delivery decisions.
This role requires 3+ years in IT Service Management within large organisations, robust ITIL knowledge, and proven leadership.
