PointForce Carpentry is looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team, based in Edgecliff.
The role will be varied, with a strong focus on:
Recruitment
sourcing, interviewing and coordinating our staff
Day-to-day operations
helping manage our workforce, jobs and client requirements
Business development
building relationships with new and existing clients and identifying new opportunities
Previous experience in sales, recruitment or a similar role would be a outstanding bonus
, but we're also interested in people who are driven, organised, confident and keen to build a career in the construction industry.
