An exciting opportunity exists for a
self-motivated and experienced Transport Supervisor
to become a vital part of our growing team.
We are a
24/7 operation
, and this role is based on a
Sunday to Wednesday
roster
, scheduled to best support the needs of the role and business operations.

Roster & Hours
Shifts:
4:00am- 4:00pm
Sunday to Wednesday
Key Responsibilities
Accurate and timely
tracking and data entry
Ensuring all
driver paperwork
is completed daily
Planning and scheduling
local pickups and deliveries
Identifying and resolving
operational issues as they arise
Maintaining compliance with
Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
requirements
Clear and effective communication with
internal teams and external stakeholders
Promoting and supporting a
safe and healthy work environment
Participating in
safety initiatives and toolbox talks
Optimising load capacities
for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Leading by example –




professional presentation and high standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to
work autonomously
and within a team
Minimum 2 years experience
in an operations or supervisory role within the
heavy vehicle industry
Ability to provide
up to date, contactable references
Willingness to
learn internal software systems
Capable of performing under pressure in a
time-critical environment
Solid written and verbal communication
skills
This is a hands on role so experience loading and unloading trucks
Weekly pay cycle
No after-hours calls
Company-supplied uniforms
