Are you ready to put your organisational strengths and commitment to excellent service into a role where they truly count? We're looking for a proactive and organised Client Service Administrator to provide dedicated administrative support to our Town Planning team.
This is a full‐time position based at our Nambour head office, conveniently located close to public transport and parking. You'll join a friendly, professional and relaxed workplace where teamwork is valued, and play an important role in delivering efficient and consistent service to our clients.

About the Role
As a Client Service Administrator, you will provide administrative and client support to our Town Planning team, helping to ensure projects progress efficiently and clients receive a high level of service. Your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating new client engagements and obtaining relevant client details to establish records in our office management software
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, professionally handling enquiries and providing updates regarding job progress
Liaising with local authorities, statutory bodies and government departments as required
Preparing debtor invoices, job costing records and reports
Assisting with public notification processes and compliance documentation




Maintaining accurate records and ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently
Contributing to continual improvement of office processes and administration practices
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an administrative or client services role, ideally within a professional services environment such as town planning, surveying, engineering, construction or similar industry
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using WorkflowMax or similar project/office management software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
A professional and approachable manner, with a strong commitment to providing excellent client service
