Job Description
We're currently looking for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a Tier 2 builder on an ongoing, complex $130M refurbishment and fit-out project in Surry Hills.

This is not a straightforward fit-out. The project involves a high level of coordination, demanding finishes and a challenging delivery environment, so we're looking for someone who has previously worked on difficult, complex and demanding projects and is comfortable taking ownership of the finishes package.

The Role You'll be responsible for overseeing finishes across the project, coordinating trades and subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to a high standard, on programme and in line with the project requirements.

You'll be working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team, managing the day-to-day delivery of finishes and dealing with issues as they arise.
n




This would suit a hands-on and experienced Finishes Foreman who enjoys working on complex projects and is comfortable operating in a demanding site environment.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Finishes Foreman / Finishes Supervisor
n
Solid commercial construction or fit-out background
n
Experience working on complex, high-value and demanding projects
n
Strong understanding of high-quality finishes and detailed fit-out
n
Confident coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
n
Able to manage programme, quality, safety and site coordination
n
Strong communication and leadership skills
n
Someone who can work under pressure and keep a project moving
n
Must have experience on challenging projects where attention to detail and problem-solving are critical
