Auto Corner Mackay is looking for a driven, customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to join our growing team across our Toyota, Isuzu and Hyundai dealerships.
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, gets results and thrives in a fast‐paced service environment.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Group Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department and leading our team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Leading, supporting and motivating the Service team
Driving the team to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity and financial results
Providing support and guidance to our Service Advisors
Ensuring clear and effective communication between customers, Advisors and the Workshop
Liaising closely with the Workshop and Warranty Departments
Helping manage the day‐to‐day operation of a busy, high‐volume Service Department
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and team performance




Supporting the Group Service Manager in achieving departmental targets
About You
We're looking for someone who:

Has the ability to lead, motivate and hold a team accountable
Is results‐driven and enjoys achieving targets
Can work effectively in a fast‐paced environment
Has a positive, solutions‐focused attitude
Leads by example and isn't afraid to get involved
Previous experience in a high‐volume franchise dealership is preferred, but it's not essential.
