EB Games and Zing Pop Culture sit at the centre of gaming and pop culture in Australia. We're looking for a Creative Producer to lead our content and production team and turn creative direction into finished work that lands at pace, at volume, and without dropping the craft.
Reporting to the Head of Creative, you'll own production end-to-end across video, photography and content for both brands. As a hands-on leader, you'll build the systems and workflows that let the team move fast, set the quality standard, and lead production across our biggest campaigns, launches and brand moments.
In this role you will:
Lead end-to-end production of video, photography and content across both brands, from pre-production to delivery
Translate creative direction into clear briefs, treatments and shot lists the team can run with
Lead and develop the content and production team across photography, videography, motion and post
Build scalable production processes, prioritisation frameworks and a production calendar that gives real visibility of work in flight
Guide crew and talent on set, ensure talent and product samples are handled with care, and oversee post-production on pacing, storytelling and finish
Source, brief and manage contractors, crew, talent, studios, locations and equipment suppliers, and manage production budgets
Partner with design, social, marketing, eCommerce,



buying and merchandising to turn commercial objectives into content that performs
Act as the final production quality check before work leaves the team
This role is based at our Store Support Centre in Eagle Farm, Queensland. Applicants must either live in Brisbane or be willing to relocate for the role.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience leading content and production teams — production house, agency, or a quick-paced consumer brand
Deep end-to-end production background across video, photography and digital content
Advanced capability across pre-production, production and post
Track record delivering high-volume output across digital and social channels
Strong operational instincts — you've built workflows and systems, not just followed them
Experience managing contractors, crew, talent, budgets and vendors
Proficiency across film and photography equipment and the Adobe post production suite
Confidence leading production conversations at a senior level
Experience with licensors, copywriting or production design is a bonus.
