Contract Administrator
to join their high-performing project team.
This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Contract Administrator or an emerging commercial professional looking to build a long-term career within major project environments. You'll gain exposure to complex contracts, commercial decision-making and large-scale infrastructure delivery while working alongside experienced industry leaders.
The Chance
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in protecting and enhancing the commercial performance of major infrastructure projects. Depending on your experience and interests, your responsibilities may focus on commercial analysis, financial performance, contract administration or partnering closely with Project Managers to support project delivery.
You will work collaboratively across project, operational and finance teams to identify risks, manage contractual obligations and contribute to successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Support the commercial and contractual management of major infrastructure projects.
Perform project cost analysis, forecasting and financial reporting.
Monitor project performance and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
Prepare contractual correspondence, notices and supporting documentation.
Assist with claims preparation,



variations and contract administration activities.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations across clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
Partner with Project Managers, Finance and Operations teams to drive commercial outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and commercial best practices.
Support the successful delivery of projects through sound commercial decision-making.
About You
We're interested in individuals who combine strong analytical capability with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
You will ideally possess:
Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, maintenance or project environments.
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The confidence to challenge assumptions, investigate issues and proactively solve problems.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
The ability to build effective working relationships across project teams and stakeholders.
Proven experience with partnering alongside Project Managers, Finance teams and Operational teams.
Highly Regarded
Qualifications (completed or in progress) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commerce, Finance, Law or a related discipline.
Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
Experience working with NEC4 contracts.
Familiarity with work management systems such as JAMS, Maximo or similar platforms.
