We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Used Car Sales Consultant to join our professional and energetic Toyota team. If you're passionate about the automotive industry, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and love exceeding targets, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Your Responsibilities:
Build strong product knowledge across our wide range of quality used vehicles.
Understand customer needs and preferences, guiding them through the purchasing journey.
Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
Proactively generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups.
Assist with trade-in valuations and appraisals as required.
Contribute to achieving dealership sales and customer satisfaction targets.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a sales environment (automotive is a plus)




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric approach - you genuinely love to help people!
Well-presented and skilled.
Valid NSW Driver's Licence (Required!)
Weekend availability is a MUST!
