A bold new dining destination is coming to Oxford Street, combining vibrant Japanese Peruvian cuisine, exceptional hospitality, and a agile late-night bar experience.

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Bar Manager and Head Bartender to help lead our beverage offering, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and shape the success of our opening team.

What You'll Do
Lead bar service in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
Deliver outstanding cocktails and memorable guest experiences
Support, train, and motivate the bar team
Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and service
Assist with stock control, bar operations, and daily procedures
Lead by example and help create a positive team culture

About You
Minimum 2 years' cocktail bartending experience




Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
Sound understanding of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and modifiers
Ability to execute drinks quickly and consistently under pressure
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Team-focused with strong leadership potential
Available evenings, weekends, and public holidays
