We are currently seeking an experienceed Law Clerk to support a Senior Solicitor leading a busy and established Workers Compensation practice.
n
This is an excellent chance for someone with prior personal injury experience who is looking to build a long-term career in plaintiff law within a supportive and high-performing team
n
About the Role
n
Working closely with a Senior Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing public liability files from inception through to resolution. You will gain valuable hands-on experience and ongoing mentorship while developing your technical and client management skills
n
Key responsibilities include
n
n
Drafting correspondence and court documents
n
Liaising with clients, insurers & medical providers
n
Assisting with liability investigations and evidence gathering
n
Preparing briefs and supporting matter progression
n
Managing file administration and key deadlines
n
n




To be successful in this role, you will have
n
n
Previous experience in a personal injury law firm is essential
n
Exposure to workers compensation matters (highly regarded)
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week
n
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in plaintiff personal injury
