ABOUT THE ROLE

Deliver key financial reporting and analysis for several funds in an impressive ASX listed organisation.
n
DUTIES
n
n
Prepare and deliver financial reporting across funds and capital partnerships
n
Deliver management reporting requirements
n
Detailed financial analysis and commentary to support strategic decision making
n
Work closely with group finance to deliver robust financial controls to support current capital partnering structures
n
Financial modelling and scenario analysis
n
n
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
n
n
Funds management and capital partnering experience
n
Prior property experience would be advantageous
n
High level of technical accounting expertise with a commercial mindset
n
CA or CPA qualification
n
Strong communication and presentation ability
