BHS Equipment is looking for a Junior Administration Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable and eager to learn, with the chance to build valuable administration skills within the heavy diesel and equipment industry.
No diesel mechanic or industry experience is required ; we're looking for the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
The Role
Working closely with our workshop and management team, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
General administration and data entry
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Filing and maintaining records
Assisting with job cards, work orders and paperwork
Ordering parts and assisting with purchase orders
Assisting with invoicing and basic accounts administration
Scheduling and coordinating jobs
Liaising with customers, suppliers and technicians




Providing general support to the BHS Equipment team
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual and well organised
Friendly and professional
Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
A good communicator with robust attention to detail
Able to multitask and prioritise
Willing to learn and take direction
Positive, practical and ready to be part of a team
Previous administration experience is preferred but not essential. We're happy to provide training to the right person.
What We Offer
$50,000–$60,000 per year + Super
