You will be the direct, enthusiastic point of contact for incoming phone and email inquiries, converting customer interest into structured job quotes.

Key responsibilities

Actively call and email clients who have received quotes to answer queries, overcome objections, negotiate timelines, and win new orders

Be the direct, enthusiastic point of contact for incoming phone and email inquiries, converting customer interest into structured job quotes
n
Prepare, calculate, and send detailed quotes for print specifications and letterbox distribution campaigns in a timely manner
n
Maintain ongoing contact with regular clients to secure recurring distribution schedules and repeat printing orders
n

About you
n
Robust phone presence, polished written English,



and the confidence to pick up the phone and follow up on quotes
n
1–3+ years in an office admin, sales support, customer service, or internal sales role
n
Excellent numerical accuracy for calculating custom job quotes and managing invoices
n
Highly organized with the ability to balance immediate client phone requests with daily administrative deadlines
