Inscope Training (RTO *****) is a growing and dynamic Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing hands-on, practical training in apprenticeships and short courses across Queensland. We're passionate about education, supporting our students, and building a team that feels more like a family.
We're currently on the lookout for a motivated, friendly, and organised person to join our Brisbane Capalaba team as a Training Coordinator, and no experience is required!

What You'll Be Doing
As a Training Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person helping students and employers stay on track throughout their training journey. Don't worry, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
Your day‐to‐day tasks will include:




Supporting apprentices through their apprenticeship training
Scheduling on‐site and in‐house training with employers
Student life‐cycle administration tasks
Communicating with students, trainers, and employers.
Who We're Looking For
We don't need you to have experience, we're looking for someone with the right attitude.
Confident and professional on the phone and in person
Friendly, helpful, and a team player
Willing to learn, take direction, and follow processes
Great with detail and like to stay organised
Comfortable using a computer (or eager to learn!)
