What You'll Be Doing
n
No two days will look the same, but you might find yourself:
n
n
Meeting with employers to discuss workforce needs
n
Helping future apprentices discover career pathways
n
Visiting schools and speaking with students about exciting opportunities
n
Attending career expos, networking events and community activities
n
Building relationships with local businesses, training organisations and support services
n
Guiding apprentices and employers through the sign-up process
n
Promoting apprenticeships and traineeships across the ACT region
n
Following up opportunities and turning conversations into outcomes




n
Supporting apprentices throughout their journey to completion
n
n
We're Looking For Someone Who:
n
n
Loves talking to people and building relationships
n
Thrives in a target-driven environment
n
Enjoys getting out from behind the desk
n
Has experience in sales, business development, education, training or community engagement
n
Can confidently engage with employers, schools and community stakeholders
n
Is organised, proactive and self-motivated
n
Wants a career with purpose, not just a job
n
n
Experience in the VET, apprenticeship or employment services sectors is highly regarded, but attitude and passion are just as important.
