Job Description
n
Provide information and referral to clients at reception in person, and via phone and email
n
Triage and refer clients to appropriate internal and external services at reception
n
Respond to general enquiries
n
Maintain bilingual information hub with relevant and up to date information to support clients
n
Maintain a referrals database with relevant and up to date information to support clients and staff
n
Manage sessional services as required, including making appointments and sending information to relevant persons
n
Manage the registration of clients to sessions and centre activities
n
Record and enter statistics
n
Maintain staff movement system
n
Provide clients with access to centre facilities, such as photocopying and fax
n
Undertake supervision and support of volunteers
n
Undertake administrative tasks related to the role,
eg statistical collection, referral notes, etc.,
n
Partake in agency events such as open days, refugee week events, families events, annual general meeting
n
Partake in regular supervision and support processes
n
Undertake other duties as requested by management
n
