Job Description
We are a leading SEQ Construction company and are seeking a skilled and dedicatedConcreter's and Laborer'sto join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality concrete work, from preparation through to finishing, contributing directly to the success of our project.

This role is a 5 month full time contract working Monday-Friday. This may also lead to other positions within the company pending performance targets are met.

Duties of the role:
n
n
1. Assist with formwork installation, stripping and structural preparation
n
2. Pouring, and finishing concrete to specified standards and designs
n
3. Maintaining and cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure ongoing productivity and safety
n
4. Following detailed instructions and working collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines
n
5. Adhering to all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies
n
n
The successful candidate will have the following skills/ attributes:
n




n
1. Proven experience as a concreter or concrete labourer, preferably within the building trades or construction industry,
n
2. Strong understanding of concrete finishing,
n
3. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and site instructions,
n
4. Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour onsite,
n
5. A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to regional area,
n
6. White Card (required)
n
7. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
8. Robust communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
9. A safety-conscious mindset with knowledge of relevant workplace health and safety standards
n
n
