Key Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with daily personal care tasks (e.g. showering, grooming, dressing).
Supporting clients in accessing the community (e.g. transport, social outings).
Helping with light domestic tasks (e.g. cleaning, meal prep).
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Promoting client independence, dignity, and choice.
Accurate reporting and communication with supervisors.

Essential skills, qualifications and competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and follow individual care plans
Ability to work both independently and within a team
NDIS worker orientation module certificate.
A certification in disability, mental health, or aged care (desired)
100 Points of Identification
Working with children check
Police check/Criminal check

Driver's license and access to a car
