We're looking for an experienced Fire Systems Administrator to support our busy Asset team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a fire protection or trade-based workplace and is confident using Uptick to manage jobs, compliance and reporting.

You'll play a key part in keeping work flowing smoothly - supporting technicians, managing job data, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Managing jobs and workflows using Uptick
n
Raising and closing jobs, tracking progress and updating job status
n
Coordinating compliance documents, reports and service records
n
Supporting Fire Technicians and Supervisors with admin requests
n




Liaising with internal teams and external customers as needed
n
General administration support for the Fire business
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience using Uptick (desirable)
n
Previous admin experience within fire, construction, trades or services
n
Strong attention to detail and confidence handling compliance documentation
n
Positive communication skills and a practical, team-focused approach
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
