Customer Service Representative (Transport)
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Landside Logistics team in, based in Port of Brisbane. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our valued and expanding customer base.
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm based on applicants requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
Prepare and maintain accurate operational system records and documentation
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service outcomes
Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a transport operational environment (essential)
Relevant qualification, licence, or industry certification (desirable)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills




Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems
