To provide exceptional customer service, both face to face and via the telephone.

To enter request form data into our Laboratory Information System efficiently and accurately
n
About The Role:
n
Data entry of pathology request forms using laboratory application software
n
Answering phone enquiries from the general public and medical practitioners
n
Provision of results to clients and medical practitioners
n
Shifts are rostered between 7am and 9.30pm Monday to Friday
n
Selection Criteria:
n
Previous data entry experience and competence with a range of computer application programs.
n
A sound knowledge of medical terminology
n
A keen eye for detail and exceptional accuracy in data transfer operations
n
Exceptional interpersonal andcommunication skills, both written and verbal
n
The ability to work cooperatively in a team environmentas well as autonomously when required
n
A commitment to privacy and confidentiality requirements within a medicalsetting
n
Availability to work shifts between 7am and 9.30pm Monday to Friday
