Property Management BDM | $70K Base + Super | Uncapped OTE
Are you great at building trust, following up and winning new business?
Q Realty is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our established property management division across Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich.
You may already be an experienced property management BDM, work elsewhere in real estate or be a proven salesperson ready to enter the property industry.
Property management experience is helpful, but attitude, consistency and relationship-building ability matter more.

Your responsibility is to respond quickly, build trust, follow up consistently and turn genuine opportunities into long-term Q Realty clients.
You will focus on growth and relationships. You will not be expected to manage the properties you bring across. Our property management team handles the ongoing service, allowing you to remain focused on new business.
Salary and incentives
$70,000 base salary plus super




$300 incentive per net retained management
Additional annual team performance bonus
Realistic on-target earnings of approximately $120,000 plus super
Uncapped earning prospect for high performers
Part of each incentive will be paid when the management becomes active, with the balance paid once the management has been retained for six months.
What you will be doing
Responding to property-management enquiries generated through our marketing
Meeting property owners and understanding what they need
Presenting Q Realty's property management service
Conducting rental discussions and preparing proposals
Following up enquiries consistently without making people feel pressured
Developing relationships with sales agents and referral partners
Building connections with mortgage brokers, accountants, financial planners and local businesses
Attending networking and community activities
Maintaining accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our CRM
Working closely with our marketing and property management teams
Creating a smooth and welcoming handover for every new owner
What success looks like
You will work alongside another BDM,



with a combined team target of 25 net new managements per month.
Your individual target will be approximately 12 to 13 net retained managements per month once established.

Hold, or are willing and eligible to obtain, the appropriate Queensland real estate registration
Experience in property management, real estate, finance, recruitment, sales or relationship-based business development will be highly regarded.
