Downer is seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our Wildflower LLC team, delivering secure, compliant and well-presented Land Lease Communities across Stockland's national portfolio.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for onsite maintenance and minor repairs.
You'll perform site inspections, coordinate contractors, manage deliveries, respond to incidents and support after-hours maintenance to keep communities thriving.
