Randstad seeks a visionary Head of Sales & Marketing for our Contract Manufacturing & Cosmetics division in Australia.
You will own the commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and shape market leadership while integrating sales, marketing, business development, pricing, and customer engagement.
You will lead a high-performance team, manage budgets, and implement CRM and analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
MBA or postgraduate qualification desirable.
