Location: Coffs Harbour with flexible hybrid working arrangements

About the role

Provide administration support to our local operations team including reception duties / coverage, administration to support service delivery teams and / or support to the manager and team in the form of travel arrangements, diary management and preparation of materials for meetings.

Role Requirements




Certificate III in Business Administration or previous relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in an administration role and providing support to management positions
Experience in managing sensitive information and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
Experience in managing competing priorities and to deliver high quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
