Key responsibilities include:

Coordinate transport bookings and delivery documentation

Oversee shopfitting logistics and material delivery schedules
n
Manage warehousing and staffing for national retail projects
n
Supervise warehouse staff and mentor admin team members
n
Maintain billing records and provide customer service
n

Skills and experience

Experience in logistics coordination and transport bookings
n
Robust communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
n
Background in warehousing, stocktakes, and pick & pack operations
n
Leadership experience supervising warehouse and admin teams

Accurate billing, invoicing, and record-keeping abilities
