About us
n Páme Transport is a Brisbane-based freight and logistics company providing interstate linehaul and local deliveries, with our own freight storage and loading facility in Archerfield. We're a hands-on, supportive team, and we're looking for an organised, friendly person to join our office.
n
About the role
n As our Customer Service & Administration Officer, you'll be the first voice our customers hear and a key support to our management team. You'll handle incoming calls and customer enquiries, keep our driver and compliance paperwork in order, and help with day-to-day admin across the business.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Answering all incoming business calls and emails, and directing them to the right person
n
Speaking with recent and existing customers, handling enquiries and following up promptly
n
Collecting, checking and recording driver timesheets
n
Maintaining compliance documentation and records, including driver and vehicle paperwork
n




Supporting management with reports, documents and general admin tasks
n
Data entry, filing, and keeping records accurate and up to date
n
Managing the office inbox and other ad-hoc admin as needed
n
Supporting management and team members across a range of business functions
n
Contributing to continuous improvement and administrative efficiency initiatives
n

About you:
n
n
Previous experience in customer service, reception or administration
n
Confident and friendly on the phone, with clear written communication
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
Comfortable with computers, email and Microsoft Office (or similar)
n
Able to manage multiple tasks
n
Reliable, punctual and happy to pitch in
n
Transport or logistics experience, or familiarity with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) or heavy vehicle compliance, is a bonus but not essential
