RISU Care Pty. Ltd. is seeking Support Workers to join our team in Maffra
n
What you'll be doing
n
Assist with personal care tasks as required, such as toileting, feeding, and medication administration
n
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living setting
n
Respond to and document any incidents or emergencies that occur during your shift
n
Provide a calming presence and companionship to clients throughout the night
n
What we're looking for
n
Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or a similar caregiving role
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
n
Must speak fluent English
n
Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations
n
Compassionate and patient approach to working with vulnerable individuals
n
Relevant qualifications,



such as a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
n
