About the role
We are seeking a talented MIG Welder to join our team in Ipswich, Queensland. As a fulltime MIG Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality structural welding work to support our growing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced welder to contribute to the success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Perform structural MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies
Interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant welds
Operate welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Assist with the preparation and assembly of welding projects
Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and enhance productivity
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Adhere to all relevant health, safety and quality standards
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a MIG Welder,



preferably in a structural or industrial setting
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Solid knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
