Following a huge renovation, we've reopened with two brand-new levels, a pool hall and a rooftop beer garden, and we're looking for a Duty Manager to help us take this exciting new chapter to the next level.

The Role
n
We're looking for ahands-on, energetic hospitality leaderwho thrives in a fast-paced, vibrant venue.
n
Our managers are more than shift runners. You'll be a leader on the floor, building a strong team, creating genuine connections with our patrons and helping shape the ongoing development of the venue.
n
You'll be involved across the business — fromteam leadership, recruitment and training to venue reporting, F&B; operations and menu development— with plenty of prospect to grow with us.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
2+ years' management experience in a similar hospitality venue
n
Solid food & beverage knowledge
n
A hands-on leadership style and genuine presence on the floor
n
Experience training,



motivating and performance-managing teams
n
Confidence with venue systems, reporting and business operations
n
Flexibility to work peak service periods, including nights and weekends
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to build a career in the industry
n
A commitment to

service and memorable guest experiences
n
Experience in agaming venue preferred but not required as full training will be provided (RCG essential)
n

Competitive full-time hourly rates— including paid annual and sick leave and overtime rates for hours worked over your contracted 38 hours
