St John of God Social Outreach Hospital in Melbourne VIC is seeking a Youth Worker for the Horizon House Young Parents Program. The role supports *****-year-olds experiencing or at risk of homelessness, on a 4-month fixed-term contract, part time with 27 hours per fortnight across Fri/Sat/Sun nights.
