SA Health in Adelaide's Southern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Social Worker (Women and Children) to join multidisciplinary teams across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Responsibilities include assessment, intervention, discharge planning, education and liaison with community agencies, with supervision of AHA staff and students. This is a part time, ongoing position with a pro rata salary range.
