About the Opportunity

We are looking for the best Sommeliers in the industry. Work with the most talented wine team in Australia and join a team dedicated to excellence.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have
n
n
Sommelier experience
n
Extensive knowledge of wine, new and old world
n
Previous experience in delivering wine training is advantageous
n
Experience with stock control and inventory management
n
Must be up to date with industry trends
n
Exceptional service skills and guest focus
n
Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
n
Proven ability in building effective relationships
n
Organisational and time management skills
n
Exceptional communication and presentation
n
Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays
n
WSET or CMS certification advantageous
n
A valid RSA certificate
n
