Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Lead / PMO Lead to drive enterprise portfolio management, governance, prioritisation and planning across a large transformation setting.

Reporting to a senior transformation leader, you will oversee portfolio governance processes, manage executive reporting forums, lead quarterly planning cycles, and provide a single view of delivery performance, risks, issues and dependencies across the organisation. You will also lead a small team and play a key role in uplifting portfolio management capability and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead portfolio governance, planning and prioritisation activities
n
Manage portfolio operating rhythms, including monthly and quarterly review cycles
n
Maintain visibility of portfolio performance, risks, issues and dependencies
n
Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve delivery challenges and resource constraints
n
Build and maintain enterprise portfolio roadmaps and executive reporting
n
Support strategic planning and investment decision-making
n
Lead and mentor a team of portfolio professionals
n
Identify and implement improvements to portfolio management frameworks, tools and processes
n

About You
n
n
Extensive experience in Portfolio Management, PMO or Transformation Leadership roles
n
Robust understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies
n
Proven experience leading complex transformation or change portfolios
n
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
n
Solid commercial acumen, analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability
n
Experience working across both Agile and traditional delivery environments
n
Ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
n
Financial services or regulated industry experience
n
Transformation Office or Enterprise PMO leadership experience
n
Relevant qualifications such as MoP, PMI, PRINCE2 or AIPM certifications
n
Background in technology, transformation, or strategic portfolio management
n
