Department of Education Victoria – Charlton VIC is seeking a shared 0.8 FTE Mental Health Practitioner to support three rural schools: Charlton College, Pyramid Hill College and Boort District P-12 School.
The role alternates days across campuses with an administration day, enabling adaptable, integrated wellbeing support for students.
