Our store is in Katoomba, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to become part of our team.
Key responsibilities
Cash management
Establishing product mix, stock management and service standards
Ensuring effective day-to-day management of the store whilst achieving targets
Financial management, including inventory management and increasing sales
Assisting to drive cultural change
Providing exceptional customer service
Promoting and managing the store and its services
Selecting and training the staff




Making sure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations within store
About you
Experience in retail setting
Experience in a management
A head for figures, experience managing budgets and targets, and other financial aspects
A high level of retail seafood awareness
Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
Leadership, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Diploma /Bachelor qualification in the similar stream
