Job Description
Coordinate complex scaffolding and access across our projects, combining practical site supervision with a strong focus on safety and risk management.

Key responsibilities
n
Plan and supervise scaffold erection, alteration and dismantling, including advanced, hung and suspended systems.
n
Review scaffold loads, ties, access and work interfaces, identifying fall and dropped-object risks.
n
Coordinate scaffold inspections, handovers and tagging.
n
Develop and review SWMS, JHAs/JSEAs and risk assessments, and lead site reviews and pre-start planning.
n
Work with clients and site teams to coordinate scaffolding, access and safety requirements.
n
Requirements:
n
Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence (SA) – essential
n
Extensive industrial scaffolding experience,



including complex work around operating plant and high-risk areas
n
Previous experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor, Leading Hand or Coordinator
n
Solid understanding of working-at-heights safety, SWMS and risk management
n
Construction White Card and Working at Heights competency
n
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety highly regarded
n
