We are seeking a Full Time Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team at our Oxley facility in Queensland. This is a hands-on position within our Warehousing, Storage & Distribution operation, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely delivery of products to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day activities that keep our warehouse running smoothly, contributing directly to the success of our logistics and distribution network. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Oxley QLD **** location.
What you'll be doing
Receiving, checking and processing incoming goods and shipments into the warehouse management system
Picking and preparing pallet orders for dispatch in accordance with customer specifications
Organising and maintaining stock in the warehouse, ensuring items are stored safely and systematically
Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
Performing inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records
Loading and unloading trucks and delivery vehicles
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment,



adhering to health and safety standards
Following standard operating procedures and company policies at all times
Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
Assisting with other warehouse duties as required to support business operations
What we're looking for
Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks regularly, including lifting heavy items
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A commitment to health and safety practices and compliance with workplace procedures
Reliability and punctuality
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
