About the Role
This is a portfolio-based Property Management position, with properties located throughout just the Moreton Bay region,



minimising travel and allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to your landlords and tenants.
We invest in the latest technology and streamlined processes to support our Property Managers and reduce administrative workload.
You'll have access to industry-leading systems including Inspection Express 360AI for inspections and TAPI for maintenance management, helping you work more efficiently while delivering an exceptional client experience
Using industry-leading systems and processes, you'll take ownership of your portfolio while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous portfolio Property Management experience
A professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A current Real Estate Certificate and Driver's Licence
Experience with Console, IRE and Realworks will be highly regarded but is not essential.
