Job Description
HammondCare is seeking a Regional Manager for Dementia Support Australia (DSA) to tailor services to client needs and drive delivery against KPIs from a Melbourne-based office.
The role supports startup and ongoing program delivery with a national team and local implementation.
The position requires senior leadership experience in multi-site aged care settings, robust stakeholder engagement, budgeting and IT systems skills, and willingness to travel intrastate and interstate as needed.
