Job Description
Catholic Healthcare Limited in Current South Wales is seeking a Physiotherapist for a wide-ranging Community Aged Care role.
You will assess, plan and deliver personalised physiotherapy services to clients in their homes and run group sessions across Wellness Hubs.
Travel to clients around the Inner West, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate records and reports, and educate clients and families on mobility and exercise.
