The Langham, is currently recruiting for Chefs to join our friendly and motivated team at The James at The Langham, Millers Point.

From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion. We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:

Relevant qualification and 1 year work experience OR Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

/n
Ability to multi-task,



to work in a quick-paced setting and remain calm under pressure

/n
Reliable, punctual and trust worthy

/n
High standard of personal presentation and hygiene

/n
Must work well in a team setting

/n
Positive attitude and passion for cooking

/n
Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements

/n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

/n

Job Type: Permanent Full-time

/n

Salary Package: $80,000 to $90,000 plus Super.
