The Centre
Various purpose-built centres located in Sydney are on the hunt for dedicated Centre Managers to join their team as soon as possible.
Full-time Centre Manager Bondi (Maternity Leave Cover with an chance to become permanent)
The Role
As a Centre Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
Lead, coach, and empower a team of educators and teachers, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and excellence.
Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
Prioritise children's safety and well‐being, adhering to policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

About You
To be successful in this position, you must have:
Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the industry in a leadership role
Current Working with Children Check
Recent Child ProtectionTraining/SafeguardingCurrentFirst Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
Food Handling Certificate or willing to obtain
Deep understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
