An enterprise digital team is delivering a multi-yearDigital Modernisation Program, transforming customer services, business operations and digital experiences.
As aSenior Engineer, you'll work closely with a Principal Engineer and wider product, engineering and architecture teams to deliver a new flagshipSalesforce-based digital platform, including application development, integrations, data migration and legacy system decommissioning.
About the role
You'll be responsible for the technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across customer-facing applications and complex service journeys.
Key responsibilities include
Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications, data models and integrations.
Build and enhance solutions usingApex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Work acrossSalesforce Service Cloud and customer-facing portals.
Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs and established integration patterns.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies, technical design and solution planning.
Develop, test and deploy high-quality software using modern engineering and DevOps practices.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot defects and contribute to quality assurance.
Support data migration, go-live, system transition and legacy platform decommissioning.
Collaborate with product managers, BAs, designers, architects and business stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

What we're looking for
Essential
Strong hands-onSalesforce development experience, particularlyApex and LWC.
Experience delivering multiple new Salesforce platforms or application builds.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limits, performance and security.
Experience withSalesforce Service Cloudand customer-facing portals.
Experience designing Salesforce integrations using APIs and standard integration patterns.
Exposure toMuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
Experience withSalesforce DevOps, source-driven development and CI/CD, ideally using Azure DevOps.
Understanding ofPublic Sector Solutions (PSS)and government/regulatory Salesforce environments.
Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on quality and delivery.
Desirable
Experience withOmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors and Integration Procedures.
Advanced Salesforce Flow and automation experience.
Exposure toAgentforce / Einsteinand responsible AI implementation.
Strong Apex testing and enterprise deployment practices.
This is an 11 month contract - start date ASAP
Rate is between $1,000 to $1,200 + Super depending on experience
Hybrid work arrangements - 2 in office / 3 from home
Based in Sydney - no fully remote option available.
