About the Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the accurate and effective picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders, ensuring products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on warehouse role focused primarily on order fulfilment and day-to-day warehouse operations, where attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are critical to success.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will assist with receiving incoming goods, inventory movements, stock putaway, and dispatch activities while using RF scanning equipment and warehouse systems such as SAP.
You will play an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting operational deadlines, and supporting a positive customer experience through the timely and accurate processing of orders.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and reliable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering quality work, and is committed to maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse.




While a forklift licence is required, this role is primarily focused on pick, pack and warehouse activities rather than dedicated forklift operation.
What you'll be doing
Receive, pick, pack and dispatch goods in accordance with company procedures
Ensure high levels of order accuracy and quality standards
Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely
Use SAP, RF scanning equipment and transport management systems
Perform stock putaway, retrieval and inventory-related tasks
Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing warehouse team
Current Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential)
Previous warehouse or logistics experience (essential)
Basic computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems
Experience with RF scanning
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Positive attitude, reliable work ethic and a team-focused approach
Ability to work safely and follow workplace health and safety procedures
