About Us
Based in Molendinar this Powder Coating & Sandblasting business employs 12 staff who are looking for a Powder Coater or Spray Painter to set up, and powder coat a variety of aluminium or stainless-steel products.
They provide surface preparation and finishing services for steel or aluminium products which vary in size and weight.
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm or 7am – 3pm which is your choice.
Labour Hire Pay rate of $38per + Super!
Opportunity to move into a permanent role after a successful 6-months full time casual ongoing probation period (or sooner) role which is employed directly by this business.Tasks & Responsibilities
Setting up and run manual powder coating line
Maintaining powder coating equipment
Powder coating aluminium or stainless-steel products
Loading and unloading on the stock lines
Preparation, cleaning equipment & quality inspections
Working in a team to assist with daily production requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
Positive attitude with an eye for detail
Confidence in measurement and accuracy skills
Ability to work individually to spray paint products
Patience as you are working within a small team
Ideally, the successful applicant will have minimum 2 years' experience in Powder coating or Spray Painting on aluminium or stainless-steel products from within the manufacturing industry.
