Lead, Coordinate and Inspire Sport at One of Australia's Leading Independent Schools

Sport is central to life at Trinity. Trinity Grammar School is seeking an outstanding Assistant Sportsmaster to help lead and oversee our extensive co-curricular sports program.

The position operates on a Tuesday to Saturday work week during the School terms and adjusted to suit both parties during the term breaks, providing greater flexibility for personal and family commitments while aligning with the rhythm of school sport and weekend competition.

Working closely with the Sportsmaster and Director of Co-curricular, you will provide leadership across the Secondary School sport program, support Directors and Coordinators of Sport, oversee program quality and readiness, and help ensure that Trinity's sporting culture continues to thrive.

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive leader with a passion for sport and a commitment to helping young people thrive.

You will bring:

Experience leading or coordinating sporting, recreation, education or community programs

Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills

Excellent organisational and communication capabilities

The ability to balance strategic oversight with operational delivery

A commitment to student wellbeing, safety and excellence

Requirements

The successful applicant will:

Qualifications in Sports Management or comparable, related experience

Hold a current Working With Children Check

Hold a valid Driver's Licence

Hold current First Aid and CPR qualifications or be willing to obtain them

Be available to work Tuesday through Saturday each week, during term time.

Be available to support occasional after-hours events
